Product testers needed!!!

Hello my lovely’s, I am looking for 4 lovely ladies who breastfeed to test my new reusable breastfeeding/nursing pads. You will receive 1 set of pads free (standard post) and all I need from you is constructive feedback.

The pads have 3 layers, the first being microfleece (used in modern cloth nappies) that is like a sponge and locks the breast milk away from the skin and is lovely and soft. The second layer is a bamboo jersey that is a natural absorbent fabric. The third layer is a cotton padding and the last a lovely pattern/print cotton fabric.

So what do you need to do to be one of my lovely testers, well just leave a comment below and next Friday I will pick 4 lovely ladies using Random.org. Once announced on the blog I will then need you to get in contact via email at info.bitsandbobs@gmail.com with your postal address.

Know any other breast feeding mum’s, well make sure you let them know so that they can be in it to win a chance to. Sorry only open to Australian residence at this time.

Photography props

I have just completed an order for a lovely customer who is a photographer and looking for props for a newborn shoot. I just love the colour mustard in this beanie and matching blanket/wrap. The yarn is lovely and thick.

And I just love how this bonnet and pant set turned out. Their so cute and tiny and I just might have to make a couple for the stores.

Anyway better get back to making more stock for the market on Saturday and don’t forget stock I bring home will be listed in the stores.

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea

Don’t forget Saturday 24th May 2014, you will find Bits & Bobs 4 Bubs at Booran Park Community Center, Woodridge for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea where all proceeds are going to the cancer council.

There will be a sausage sizzle, lucky door prizes, face painting and of course market stalls.

Entry is $5 for adults and free entry for kids. This includes free tea and coffee.

Mother’s Day

Trolley covers

It’s been a busy week here at Bits & Bobs 4 Bubs with custom orders for trolley covers to be filled and posting items sold from the shops. I just love the fabric the customers have chosen for their trolley covers, don’t you?

I have also been looking at suppliers of some of my materials. Wow you really have to use the right search words to find what you want or you will be searching for hours. I am also looking at packaging of my products as I am putting together so gift pack sets so stay tuned for sneaky peaks and release dates.

Biggest Morning Tea

I will be taking part in the Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea on 24th May and holding a market stall where all proceeds will be going to the cancer council.

There are lots of great stalls/displays happening on the day and its all indoors. So spread the word and come along to support a great cause as well as grabbing a bit to eat at the Sausage Sizzle, get the kids faces painted, do a little bit of shopping at the market stalls and you will be in the draw to win some lucky door prices.

Updating universal pram liner

Yes I’m at it again. I am redesigning my liners to add 2 more anchor points for the prams that now fold by pulling a strap at the base of the seat.
